David & I are really excited about hitting the road and heading east. After a hectic few weeks of moving stuff… stuff… and more stuff… to our new home by the lake, we are packing again and loading the car. We’re leaving the lake shore and heading for the Atlantic coast. Can’t wait to see family and friends along the way and looking forward to making new friends too. What could be better than being on the road with the one you love and making sweet music along the way…. Life is good !!! Stay tuned folks !!!
ABOUT US
They met sharing a bill in a little bistro out of town. Theirs became a love story, a musical tale of two rehabbing romantics who have gone on to sing and write together, sharing stages and their lives.
From Montreal to the Atlantic coast and Ontario, the singing/songwriting couple paid their dues in countless shows honing their original evocative tunes and harmonies. They sing of the roller coaster that is love, of tired and rusty cities and tired and rusty souls.
The collaboration on stage and off led them to their first CD, Lost & Found, a sound track from their musical play of the same name. Their tale of love in the 21st Century, what artistic director Guy Sprung called “extraordinary,” is scheduled this winter for its third production and a two week run at Montreal’s Infinitheathre, reuniting them with members of Montreal’s Stephen Barry Band.
David Sherman is a journalist, author, filmmaker, playwright and singer/song writer. His first CD, If I Could Run, was produced by Big Fat Truck Records and is available on iTunes.
Nancy Lee is a gifted singer/songwriter and seasoned stage performer who has earned a reputation for her powerful voice, original blues stylings and soulful lyrics.
Whether they perform as a duo or are backed up by some of Montreal’s finest musicians, Sherman & Lee entertain with an entrancing combination of blues, folk, roots, and pop. Their love is real, their stories are true and audiences are drawn in by their lyrics, their haunting harmonies and the duo’s captivating stage presence.

Always a pleasure to see you Barbara… even in sad times. Hopefully the next time will be a happier event. Thanks so much for making your way to Chateauguay for my farwell to my mother.
